NFL Final Score Guide: How Football Scores Are Built
NFL final scores are shaped by a small set of scoring events, which is why some totals appear more naturally than others. Understanding how those events combine is useful when you are making a final-score pick rather than choosing a side or spread.
What matters in ScorePick
- Final scores include overtime when a game reaches it.
- Missed extra points and two-point attempts can create less familiar totals.
- ScorePick uses the final home-team score for its daily score cards.
